We are currently seeking a TEMP Infra Design Associate to join our team in Glendale, Wisconsin, United States.

• Individuals have a well-rounded knowledge of the policies and procedures for their work area.
• Work may require discretion and independent judgment for non-routine matters, though the primary focus is predominately routine tasks.
• They may make policy recommendations to their managers and be an escalation point for less experienced team members.
• Perform basic troubleshooting, parts replacement, systems upgrades, deployment and repair on desktops, notebooks, and printers.
• May respond to calls after normal business hours per leader instructions.
• Identify potential issues that could adversely impact end‑user experience and take corrective action.

• Typically requires 1-2 years relevant experience.
• High School Diploma or equivalent. Undergraduate degree or some college coursework preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Windows operating system environment.
• Solid client service skills.
• A+ certification or equivalent skill set required; additional certifications for various hardware platforms may be required.
• Ability to physically perform general office requirements.
• Must be able to perform essential responsibilities with or without reasonable accommodation.

Hourly range: $20.00 to $24.00 per hour. Actual compensation will depend on factors such as relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications.
