Global Digital Program Manager

Our client, a leading organization in the industry sector, is seeking a dedicated and experienced Global Digital Program Manager to join their dynamic team. As a Global Digital Program Manager, you will be an integral part of the program management office supporting global teams and stakeholders. • Lead the orchestration of the global Customer Experience (CX) program across multiple regions, products, and delivery work streams.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure predictable and aligned program delivery.
• Manage program-level planning, dependencies, risks, issues, and governance activities to support successful outcomes.
• Drive quarterly release planning, roadmap alignment, and stakeholder communication to ensure transparency and accountability.
• Oversee vendor and partner delivery, escalation management, and performance tracking to maintain high standards of execution.

• 10+ years of experience leading complex IT, digital, or business transformation initiatives in matrixed environments.
• 3–5+ years of program leadership across multiple projects, regions, or work streams.
• Proven ability to manage global, cross-time-zone teams and coordinate internal and external delivery partners effectively.
• Strong governance discipline with experience in scope, schedule, budget, and dependency management.
• Hands‑on knowledge of Agile/hybrid delivery models, release planning, and dependency management tools such as Jira or Azure Dev Ops.
