Desktop Associate

NTT DATA seeks a TEMP Infra Design Associate in Glendale, Wisconsin. This entry‑level position requires hands‑on IT support skills.

• Perform basic troubleshooting, parts replacement, system upgrades, deployment, and repair on desktops, notebooks, and printers.
• Identify potential issues that could adversely impact end‑user experience and take corrective action.
• Provide policy recommendations and serve as an escalation point for less experienced team members.
• Respond to calls after normal business hours as directed by leadership.
• Apply discretion and independent judgment for non‑routine matters while focusing predominantly on routine tasks.

• 1‑2 years of relevant experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent (undergraduate degree or some college coursework preferred).
• Strong knowledge of the Windows operating system environment.
• Solid client service skills.
• A+ desktop certification or equivalent required; additional certifications for hardware platforms may be required.
• Ability to physically perform general office requirements.
• Ability to perform essential responsibilities with or without reasonable accommodation.

The starting hourly rate for this role is $20.00 – $24.00 per hour. Compensation will depend on experience, technical skills, and other qualifications.
