• Lead the Data Governance Council meetings, prepare agenda, and follow‑ups.
• Lead discovery to understand data systems, processes, and people affecting one or several data domains.
• Apply COBIT frameworks specific to data governance and data management needs.
• Engage stakeholders, sponsors, executives, and business users to map existing data owners and responsible parties, and drive consensus on future data ownership.
• Implement change management across diverse functional areas when introducing data governance solutions (quality rules, monitoring tools, data catalogs) that will affect the way individuals work, and get users’ commitment to adopt new solutions and to change their business processes if needed.
• Effectively map user decisions to systems, data, actions, and motivators to design industry‑leading customer experiences.
• Provide counsel to business users on how to best leverage data for decision‑making.
• Create and maintain a year‑long rolling quarterly Data Governance Initiatives Roadmap that outlines delivery plans including milestones and tentative release dates.
• Lead the team in mockups, prototypes, and testings solutions in an agile fashion to rapidly deliver business value.
• Represent the Data Governance team in discussions with cross‑functional partners and company executives to align priorities, resources, and impact, including representation on AI Governance Work streams.
• Prepare and publish solution delivery reporting including but not limited to data quality monitoring and governance coverage and scorecards.
• Create and maintain a year‑long rolling quarterly Program/Product Roadmap that outlines solution delivery plans including milestones and tentative release dates.
• Manage cross‑functional communication with stakeholders, SMEs, and IT Analytics and Insights Leaders on Product Roadmap updates, releases, support/production issues, and decisions that impact several business and technology areas of the company.
• Promote data literacy and data‑centricity efforts across the company by providing users with training and learning resources.
• Act as the application owner and manage licensing and order renewals for Precisely Automate Studio and ArcGIS.

• Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, information technology/systems, or analytics required; a master’s degree preferred.
• 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, Product Manager, or Product Analyst working with Data Governance, preferably at a large, global organization.
• Certifications for Azure Fundamentals, Azure Data Fundamentals, and CDMP considered a plus.
• Authorized to work in the US without requiring sponsorship now or in the future.
