Welder

Judge Direct Placement is seeking a skilled and dependable Welder to join our 2nd shift team. In this role, you will manufacture high-quality diesel fuel tanks for industrial generators, ensuring all welds meet safety and quality standards. • Perform MIG/TIG welding on steel components to fabricate diesel tanks
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work instructions
• Ensure welds meet company and industry quality standards
• Operate hand tools, grinders, and welding equipment safely
• Inspect finished products for defects and accuracy
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow all safety regulations and procedures

• Previous welding experience required (MIG preferred; TIG a plus)
• Ability to read and understand blueprints and measurements
• Knowledge of metal fabrication techniques
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
