Production Supervisor (1145208

Location: Glendale, WI

Salary: $80,000.00 USD Annually - $85,000.00 USD Annually

Judge Direct Placement is seeking a 2nd Shift Production Supervisor to lead manufacturing operations for a growing metal fabrication company specializing in diesel fuel tanks and generator enclosures. This position is ideal for a candidate with prior leadership experience in an industrial manufacturing environment who is looking to grow with a stable and established organization.

• Schedule:
  
  Monday through Friday, 2:30 PM to 11:00 PM
• Occasional Saturday work as production demands require
• Shift differential provided

• Supervise and support production employees on the 2nd shift
• Ensure safety, quality, productivity, and delivery objectives are met
• Lead, coach, and develop team members to drive performance and engagement
• Monitor workflow and address production challenges in a timely manner
• Partner with management to support continuous improvement initiatives
• Maintain compliance with company policies and safety standards

• Previous supervisory or leadership experience in an industrial manufacturing environment
• Background in metal fabrication, welding, machining, or related manufacturing operations
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to train and develop employees while fostering a positive team culture
• Hands-on management style with a focus on accountability and operational excellence
• Experience with welding and fabrication processes is highly preferred
