Complete Care at Glendale West is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our leadership team as Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON). The role is full-time on day shift with Monday–Friday hours and every third weekend on-call, reporting to nursing leadership in Glendale West, Wisconsin.
You will support the DON in overseeing daily nursing operations, ensure regulatory compliance, and lead clinical rounds while mentoring RNs, LPNs, and CNAs.
