As an LPN at Bayshore Nursing & Rehab, you will be responsible for providing direct patient care, including administering medications, performing vital signs, and documenting patient information. You will also assist with treatments, procedures, and other medical interventions as needed. Your exceptional communication and interpersonal skills will be essential in building strong relationships with patients, families, and our interdisciplinary care team.
