Sign-On Bonus:$10,000 Full-Time
$5,000 Part-Time

Provide high-quality nursing care, administer medications/treatments, and oversee resident care plans.
Monitor, document, and report changes in resident condition to physicians and interdisciplinary teams.
Supervise LPNs and CNAs while ensuring compliance with state and clinical regulatory standards.
Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Wisconsin.
Strong clinical judgment and compassionate, resident-focused approach.
Experience with EMR systems and long-term care preferred.
