We're looking for Retail Associates at our Northshore locations

• Greet guests with a friendly, welcoming demeanor
• Manage appointment scheduling and complete check‑out procedures with accuracy
• Execute retail sales strategies to drive results and enhance client satisfaction
• Collaborate in team meetings with the General Manager and staff to stay aligned on goals, updates and initiatives
• Maintain clear, professional communication with guests and team members
• Contribute to individual and team success by actively participating in goal‑setting and performance discussions
• Support the planning and execution of in‑store marketing events and promotional displays

• At least 1 year of experience in retail or the beauty industry
• Experience in a salon and spa setting preferred
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with a passion for guest service

• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment, providing front‑line support to both team members and guests.
• Ability to stand for extended periods throughout the workday.
