• Sell new and pre-owned vehicles, products, and services
• Guide customers through the sales process from greeting to delivery
• Present vehicle features, answer questions, and arrange test drives
• Work with Sales and Finance Managers to complete purchases
• Maintain training, product knowledge, and customer satisfaction standards

• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Previous sales experience preferred; automotive knowledge a plus
• Valid, clean Wisconsin driver's license
• Strong communication, customer service, and computer skills
• Ability to work independently, as part of a team, and some evenings/Saturdays
