Are you currently a Sales Manager w/ F&I experience?

• To bring high energy daily
• Talk with our customers in person or on the phones
• Do follow up with our sales people.
• Must understand the road to the sale and have a good feel for the heartbeat of a deal.
• Must be able to effectively manage a sales team
• Must be able to train and coach a young sales team
• Must be able to set the tone and energy for the sales floor.
• Must understand how to structure a deal -- both prime and subprime
• Can submit deals to lenders.
• Fill in as a Business Manager when needed at least once a week.
