As a Security Officer in Glendale, WI
, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Retail/Malls, and more. Join Allied Universal as an unarmed patrol officer at a dynamic retail location, where you will monitor assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, remain visible to help discourage security-related incidents, and deliver outstanding customer service and communication. In this people-first role, you will support daily operations with agility, reliability, innovation, teamwork, and integrity while helping create a welcoming environment for shoppers, guests, and staff.

- Provide customer service to visitors, tenants, and/or staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a retail location.
- Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting details and communicating with site contacts when needed.
- Conduct regular and random patrols throughout shopping areas, common spaces, entrances, exits, parking areas, and the perimeter to help identify unusual activity and/or policy concerns.
- Monitor access points and observe foot traffic to help support site rules, assist with crowd and/or line concerns, and report suspicious behavior or maintenance issues.
- Assist with closing and opening activities as assigned, support loss prevention awareness, and provide visible presence throughout the location to help deter unwanted activity.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
