Dawson County High School is seeking a qualified and motivated individual to serve as Head Track Coach for the school year.
This position is responsible for leading and developing a successful track and field program while providing mentorship and guidance to student-athletes. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong knowledge of track and field, a genuine commitment to student development, and the ability to foster a positive, safe, and inclusive team environment.
The Head Coach will play a vital role in promoting sportsmanship, teamwork, and personal growth, while serving as a positive role model for all participants. Responsibilities include organizing practices, overseeing athlete development, coordinating competitions, and supporting the overall mission of the school's athletic program.
