• At least 1–2 years of experience preferred
• Graduate from an accredited school
• Licensure as a Physical Therapist (certifications may be required based on facility requirements)
• Physical abilities to remain stationary, move and lift equipment (50–100 lbs), pushing, bending and pulling
• Administers treatment to patients as a licensed Therapist in accordance with the treatment plan within established legal guidelines
• Observes and evaluates patient responses during treatment
• Follows hospital safety rules and procedures
• Performs other duties as assigned

• Interpersonal: ability to work with diverse personnel while maintaining a professional demeanor
• Technical: ability to grasp, push/pull, and move while assisting with procedures or operating equipment
• Cognitive: able to manage frequent interactions, meet deadlines under pressure, and work under supervision or independently
• Sensory: keen visual understanding and practical communication abilities
