COTA - Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant

Job Description

We are seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to provide quality care at the Eastern Montana Veterans Home. The ideal candidate will demonstrate expertise in patient evaluations, supportive care, and rehabilitation interventions.

Duration: 13 weeks—from 05/18/2026 to 08/17/2026. Shift: 10‑hour day; 4 shifts per week (36 hours guaranteed per week). Scheduled hours: 40.

• Assist in the implementation of treatment plans as directed by the Occupational Therapist.
• Support patients in performing daily living activities to improve their overall function and quality of life.
• Document and report patient progress and changes in condition to the supervising therapist.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to provide comprehensive care.

Valid COTA certification and state licensure are required.
