• Provide direct, supervised occupational therapy assistant support under the supervision of an OT, delivering therapy interventions to residents in a long-term care setting
• Assist with implementing and progressing treatment plans to improve activities of daily living, mobility, range of motion, balance, and functional outcomes
• Prepare treatment areas and equipment, maintain infection control, and assist with patient positioning, transfers, and safe handling as needed
• Document resident progress, observe for changes in status, and communicate significant findings to the supervising OT and care team
• Collaborate with OT, nursing, and rehab staff to ensure continuity of care and alignment with resident goals
• Support residents and families with education and guidance to promote engagement in therapeutic activities and safety in daily routines

• Active Montana licensure as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) or eligible for licensure
• Ability to work effectively in a long-term care setting with older adults and residents with diverse rehabilitation needs
• Strong communication and documentation skills, with the ability to collaborate with a multidisciplinary team
• Availability to fulfill a 13-week travel assignment with guaranteed hours and daytime shifts
