Physical Therapist, General, Glendive, MT, United States. Start date 09/14/2026 for 13 weeks. Weekly pay range: $2,181–$2,302 with 38 guaranteed hours. Shift: Days. Work setting: long-term care (LTC)–Nursing Home. This is a travel temporary assignment with Healthforce Healthcare LLC.

• Perform initial PT evaluations for residents in the long-term care setting and develop individualized treatment plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team
• Deliver evidence-based therapies addressing mobility, gait and balance, strength, range of motion, and activities of daily living to restore or maintain function
• Monitor patient progress, document outcomes in the medical record, and adjust treatment plans as clinically indicated
• Ensure patient and staff safety during therapy sessions, adhere to infection control standards, and follow facility policies
• Educate patients and families on home exercise programs and activity modifications to support ongoing independence
• Collaborate with physical therapy aides and other disciplines to optimize rehabilitation outcomes and coordinate care transitions

• Active Physical Therapist license in Montana or eligibility for MT licensure; in good standing
• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree or equivalent
• Ability to work effectively in a long-term care setting with older adults
• Experience in physical therapy; long-term care setting preferred
• Strong communication and teamwork skills; able to document clearly and coordinate with care staff

• Guaranteed hours: 38 per week
