• Assess residents’ functional abilities and determine OT treatment goals
• Develop and implement OT plans of care to improve activities of daily living and mobility
• Provide hands‑on therapy, monitor progress, and adjust interventions as needed
• Document treatment plans, progress notes, and discharge planning in the electronic medical record
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to coordinate care and educate families on therapy goals
• Ensure safety during therapy, including transfers, positioning, and activity modification

• Active Occupational Therapist license in Montana (or eligible to obtain) prior to start
• Willingness to work in a long-term care / nursing home setting
• Availability to commit to a 13-week assignment with 36 guaranteed hours per week
• Strong documentation and communication skills
• Ability to work daytime hours and adapt to a travel assignment
• Experience in geriatric/long-term care settings is preferred
