Travel Physical Therapist

Seeking a travel Physical Therapist with a minimum of 2 years of experience for a 13-week assignment.

• Responsible for providing therapy services in inpatient and outpatient settings to adult and geriatric patients.
• Work 5x8 shifts (8 am - 5 pm), with no weekends required, guaranteeing 40 hours weekly.
• Manage a patient ratio of 1:6 in a Cerner EMR environment.
• Handle diverse caseloads across inpatient and outpatient settings, covering both adults and geriatrics.
• Responsibilities include evaluating, planning, and implementing therapy interventions.
• Coordinate care and communicate effectively with healthcare teams.
• Required skills include strong clinical knowledge, adaptability, and excellent communication.
• Qualifications:
  
  minimum 2 years of experience as a Physical Therapist.
