Maintenance Manager
Contract Maintenance Supervisor for a 13‑week assignment in Glendive, MT. Responsible for overseeing maintenance operations in a hospital setting, supervising staff, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. Earn up to $3,800 per month with premium pay and comprehensive benefits.
Key Responsibilities:Oversee and coordinate maintenance operations to ensure all equipment and facilities function optimally.
Supervise maintenance staff, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations to meet safety and efficiency standards.
Implement preventive maintenance programs for boilers and other critical systems to minimize downtime and ensure regulatory compliance.
Collaborate with hospital management to schedule maintenance activities that align with operational hours and minimize disruptions.
Maintain detailed documentation of maintenance activities, inspections, and repairs for reporting and compliance purposes.
High school diploma or equivalent education.
MT Boilers License.
Supervisory Certification (preferred or relevant experience).
At least 2 years of supervisory experience in maintenance or facilities management.
Minimum 1 year of relevant technical experience in maintenance or facilities management.
Ability to work day shifts.
Strong leadership skills and effective communication abilities.
Physical capability to perform maintenance duties and proficiency with safety protocols.
