Position: Contract Maintenance Supervisor, up to $3,800/month

Contract Maintenance Supervisor for a 13‑week assignment in Glendive, MT. Responsible for overseeing maintenance operations in a hospital setting, supervising staff, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. Earn up to $3,800 per month with premium pay and comprehensive benefits.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and coordinate maintenance operations to ensure all equipment and facilities function optimally.

  • Supervise maintenance staff, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations to meet safety and efficiency standards.

  • Implement preventive maintenance programs for boilers and other critical systems to minimize downtime and ensure regulatory compliance.

  • Collaborate with hospital management to schedule maintenance activities that align with operational hours and minimize disruptions.

  • Maintain detailed documentation of maintenance activities, inspections, and repairs for reporting and compliance purposes.

  • Qualifications:
    • High school diploma or equivalent education.

    • MT Boilers License.

    • Supervisory Certification (preferred or relevant experience).

    • At least 2 years of supervisory experience in maintenance or facilities management.

    • Minimum 1 year of relevant technical experience in maintenance or facilities management.

    • Ability to work day shifts.

    • Strong leadership skills and effective communication abilities.

    • Physical capability to perform maintenance duties and proficiency with safety protocols.
