Eastern Montana Veteran's Home is looking for an experienced Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join the long‑term care unit at our skilled nursing facility. • Provide comprehensive LPN care for residents
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the attending physician and in accordance with facility protocols
• Monitor residents’ health status and promptly report changes to the supervising RN, physician, and appropriate family members or responsible parties
• Provide skilled nursing services within scope of practice, including tube feedings, suctioning, catheter care, wound care, dressing changes, and other ordered treatments
• Accurately complete all required documentation, charting, and reports in accordance with regulatory requirements and facility policies
• Support and implement individualized resident care plans while ensuring resident dignity, preferences, and rights are respected
• Observe residents closely and report significant changes in physical, mental, or emotional condition to the interdisciplinary care team
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure coordinated, high‑quality resident care

• Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) license issued by Montana required
• BLS certification from the American Heart Association required
