Temp-to-Perm Certified Nursing Assistant

Job Requirements
  • Education Requirements:

    High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Certifications Requirements:
    • Montana CNA License
    • BLS Certification
    • Strong LTC experience
  • Experience Requirements:
    • Minimum of 2 years of LTC experience
    • Prior experience with dementia care preferred
    • Acute Care experience preferred
  • Other Requirements:
    • Ability to work flexible day/night shifts
    • Strong communication and compassionate skills
    • Ability to work independently and in team environments

Job Responsibilities
  • Provide compassionate direct care to patients, ensuring comfort, safety, and dignity in long‑term care settings.
  • Collaborate with nursing staff and healthcare team members to develop and implement patient care plans.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of patient activities, conditions, and treatment progress.
  • Execute patient hygiene routines, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
