Glendive Medical Center is hiring PRN nurses to support patient care across multiple departments. This role is perfect for individuals seeking a flexible schedule while staying active in a clinical environment.
What You'll Do
* Support patient care delivery across inpatient and specialty areas
* Perform clinical tasks such as assessments, treatments, and medication administration
* Work closely with care teams to ensure quality and continuity of care
* Respond to urgent patient needs and changing conditions
* Provide education and support to patients and families
Work Areas Include
Emergency, ICU, Medical/Surgical, OB, Pediatrics, Behavioral Health, and Transitional Care
Requirements
* Current RN or LPN license (Montana or compact)
* BLS certification
* Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
* Ability to work flexible shifts as needed
PRN Commitment
* 5 shifts per quarter minimum
* 1 weekend shift per quarter
* 1 holiday shift per year
