Position: LCSW / LCPC Opportunity | Glendive, Montana – Monday–Friday + Rural Impact

A community-focused hospital along the Yellowstone River in eastern Montana is seeking a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) to join a collaborative Behavioral Health team serving individuals and families across the region.

Position Highlights:
  • Full‑time, Monday–Friday schedule (8:00 AM–5:00 PM)
  • Provide care in both outpatient and inpatient settings
  • Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments and diagnostic evaluations
  • Provide individual and group therapy
  • Develop and manage personalized treatment plans
  • Collaborate with an interdisciplinary care team
  • Participate in case reviews and program development
  • Opportunity to make a meaningful impact in an underserved rural community
Qualifications:
  • Active LCSW or LCPC license
  • Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills
  • Experience treating a broad range of behavioral health conditions
  • Excellent communication, documentation, and interdisciplinary collaboration skills
