Job Title: Real Estate Assistant

Location: Compass Glendora Office, 755 E Route 66, Glendora, CA 91740

Hours: Monday – Friday, 9am‑5pm (Full‑time, Non-exempt/Hourly)

Position Summary

This role provides comprehensive support for real estate operations, facilitating the administrative lifecycle of a transaction from the initial client meeting through the close of escrow. The position requires a high level of organization, detail, and proficiency in transaction management software.

Key Responsibilities
  • Transaction Facilitator: Complete real estate forms and manage electronic signatures via Docu Sign and Glide.
  • File Coordination: Maintain transaction files and update status throughout the escrow process.
  • Administrative Support: Manage calendars, schedule appointments with clients and professionals, and monitor email correspondence. Order supplies.
  • Marketing & Production: Support property listings by preparing promotional materials and coordinating marketing efforts as they relate to listings.
  • Data Entry & Systems: Maintain CRM databases, update spreadsheets, and perform light bookkeeping.
  • Document Production: Operate office equipment to print forms, brochures, envelopes, and mailing labels.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • Technical

    Skills:

    Proficiency in Google Suite, Microsoft Word, Excel, and CRM software.
  • Documentation: Familiarity with Docu Sign and electronic signature tools preferred.
  • Communication: Strong English reading and writing skills with professional email etiquette required.
  • Core Competencies: Detail‑oriented, organized, self‑directed, and capable of independent time management required.
  • Experience: Previous knowledge of real estate contracts or transaction management is preferred but not required. Administrative assistant experience preferred but not required.
