• Provide administrative support to the Chief Nursing Officer and Nursing Administration Department.
• The Nursing Administrative Assistant completes a variety of special projects and prioritizes information/requests directed to Nursing Administration.
• Performs a wide variety of complex duties requiring a high degree of accuracy and independent judgment.
• Organizes and controls the flow of work in order to accomplish objectives in an expeditious manner.
• Coordinates meetings and activities of the CNO and manages their committees to include, but not limited to, assisting with organization of educations, notice of meetings, agendas, consolidation and/or preparation of materials for consideration, physical and logistical arrangements, minutes and transcripts.

Pay: $33.00 - $41.11 per hour

Placement in the pay range is based on multiple factors including, but not limited to, relevant years of experience and qualifications. In addition to base pay, there may be additional compensation available for Glendora Hospital roles, including but not limited to shift differential and other special pay practices, etc. The posted compensation for the position is a reasonable estimate that extends from the lowest to the highest pay that Glendora Hospital in good faith believes it might pay for this particular job, based the circumstances at the time of posting.
