We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Real Estate Administrative Assistant to support Marty Rodriguez and our growing real‑estate team.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced environment, can manage multiple moving pieces, and takes pride in keeping people, paperwork, calendars, and client communication on track. You will assist with transaction paperwork, client follow‑up, appointment coordination, database management, marketing support, and day‑to‑day administrative needs that help the team operate at a high level.
The right candidate has strong communication skills, excellent follow‑through, a service‑first mindset, and the ability to anticipate needs before being asked. Real estate experience is strongly preferred, but strong organization, professionalism, and attention to detail are non‑negotiable.
