Front Desk Receptionist

We are looking for a friendly, professional, and highly organized Receptionist to be the welcoming first point of contact for the Marty Rodriguez Team. In this role, you will help create an exceptional experience for clients, agents, vendors, and guests while also providing important day-to‑day support to our team.

Responsibilities include answering and directing phone calls, greeting visitors, handling mail and deliveries, assisting with scheduling and general administrative needs, supporting team members with daily office tasks, and helping ensure the office runs smoothly and efficiently. This position plays an important role in keeping our team organized, supported, and able to provide a high level of service to our clients.
