Practice Managers at Banfield Pet Hospitals play a pivotal role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality veterinary care while managing day‑to‑day operations. They lead and develop associate teams, optimize hospital processes, and collaborate with medical staff, field leadership, corporate headquarters, and Pet Smart associates.

Key Responsibilities- Educate associates on Banfield guidelines, practices, and preventive care plans.
- Budget, plan, and manage hospital finances and resources.
- Oversee daily operations, scheduling, and time‑off coordination.
- Administer continuing education needs and manage associate development.
- Resolve conflicts and promote a collaborative work environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in business or related discipline (preferred) or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
- Three years of related experience in health care, veterinary profession, or service industry, including direct supervisory experience.
- Strong organizational, communication, interpersonal, and problem‑solving skills.
- Leadership and analytical expertise; experience in conflict management.
Salary range: $70,204.30 – $91,406.21 (dependent on experience, skill level, education, and geographic location).
