Veterinary Practice Manager – Banfield Pet Hospital

Practice Managers at Banfield Pet Hospitals play a pivotal role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality veterinary care while managing day‑to‑day operations. They lead and develop associate teams, optimize hospital processes, and collaborate with medical staff, field leadership, corporate headquarters, and Pet Smart associates.

Full‑Time

• Educate associates on Banfield guidelines, practices, and preventive care plans.
• Budget, plan, and manage hospital finances and resources.
• Oversee daily operations, scheduling, and time‑off coordination.
• Administer continuing education needs and manage associate development.
• Resolve conflicts and promote a collaborative work environment.

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related discipline (preferred) or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
• Three years of related experience in health care, veterinary profession, or service industry, including direct supervisory experience.
• Strong organizational, communication, interpersonal, and problem‑solving skills.
• Leadership and analytical expertise; experience in conflict management.

Salary range: $70,204.30 – $91,406.21 (dependent on experience, skill level, education, and geographic location).
