As our Sr. Project Manager
, you are the front‑end driver of reconstruction revenue.
You will:
- Inspect properties after mitigation or insurance assignment
- Build accurate, strategic estimates
- Communicate directly with adjusters and homeowners
- Drive approvals and convert opportunities into signed construction contracts
- Perform detailed property inspections (fire, water, reconstruction)
- Write estimates using Xactimate or equivalent
- Build scopes that are both accurate and profitable
- Present scope clearly to homeowners and close work
- Handle all adjuster communication pre‑construction
- Defend scope and pricing with confidence
- Negotiate supplements and approvals
- Submit estimates through Xact Analysis or carrier platforms
- Convert mitigation jobs into reconstruction contracts
- Drive revenue through effective scope control
- Maintain strong close rate on opportunities
- Deliver clean, approved scope to production team
- Coordinate with admin for contract and invoicing
- Ensure project is ready to start within 7 days of approval
- 3+ years estimating in restoration or construction
- Experience with insurance claims (REQUIRED)
- Xactimate or similar estimating software
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to manage multiple jobs at once
- Previous SERVPRO or restoration experience
- Bilingual (English/Spanish)
- Experience working directly with adjusters
- Leadership mindset (this is a senior role)
Hourly Rate: $80,000 – $120,000 annually
