B.R. & Co. in Glendora, California is seeking a Senior Estimator for their Construction Capital team. This role requires 7-10 years of experience in construction estimating, particularly in capital or ground-up projects. The Senior Estimator will lead preconstruction estimating processes, develop competitive cost estimates, and work closely with Project Managers to align budgets. A Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field is preferred.

Competitive salary range is $130,000 - $180,000 annually, along with growth opportunities.
