Customer Service Associate

Glendora, CA
Shift: 1st Shift (Monday - Thursday, 4/10 schedule)
Pay Rate: $18.00/hour (28 hours/week)
Job Summary:
Join our dynamic team as a Customer Service Associate in Glendora, CA! We are looking for reliable and dedicated individuals who excel in a fast-paced environment and possess a strong work ethic.
Key Responsibilities:
* Process and manage all Indiana orders efficiently and accurately.
* Communicate order details via email to the Indiana facility promptly.
* Collaborate with Sales Representatives, Indiana team members, and the Office Manager to track and adjust orders as needed.
* Maintain an organized filing system for completed orders.
* Ensure accurate entry for select in-house orders.
* Handle daily Accounts Receivable (AR) input and filing.
* Assist with Accounts Payable (AP) posting when applicable, following up with attached invoices.
* Oversee the Medmart account, managing all aspects of order entry, invoicing, and AR.
Qualifications:
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Ability to professionally manage difficult customer interactions.
* Detail-oriented mindset and adaptable to frequent changes.
* Punctual and reliable, with a self-starter attitude.
* Proficiency in Google Docs and Sheets is a plus.
* Bilingual in Spanish is a bonus, but not required.
