Safeguard Enviro Group is a privately owned and operated environmental consulting company specializing in mold, asbestos, lead, fire, and other indoor environmental concerns. We are seeking a friendly, organized, and customer-focused Scheduler/Project Coordinator.

As the voice of our company, you'll play a key role in creating an exceptional customer experience while supporting our scheduling and administrative processes. If you enjoy multitasking, solving problems, and making a positive impact every day, this may be the perfect opportunity for you.

What You'll Do
  • Answer incoming calls and gather information from clients.
  • Complete job intake forms accurately and efficiently.
  • Follow up with customers and ensure all necessary information is obtained.
  • Schedule inspections and projects once information is received.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and address client concerns professionally.
  • Handle customer requests and direct inquiries to the appropriate team members.
  • Maintain accurate records and assist with general office operations.
What We're Looking For
  • Previous experience in a front office, administrative, receptionist, or customer service role.
  • Strong customer service skills and a positive, professional attitude.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
  • Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
  • Experience using office equipment such as printers, scanners, and copiers.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent (additional education or certifications are a plus).
