This position is responsible for providing comprehensive financial advice and customized solutions to clients to help them achieve their financial goals. The role requires applying and expanding knowledge by completing required licenses and trainings, and is subject to SAFE Act registration requirements.
Responsibilities- Triage client leads and make referrals to business partners based on client needs and asset thresholds.
- Meet with clients to review financial and investment goals and build a financial plan.
- Recommend brokerage products, including stocks, bonds, mutual funds, annuities, and banking and money–managed solutions.
- Recommend banking and investment strategies that align with client financial goals and needs.
- Mitigate and control risk as part of daily activities.
- Identify and engage potential new clients through referrals or financial center clientele.
- Provide coaching and feedback to referral partners based on knowledge of client needs and potential product services.
- Currently holds Series7 and 66 (or Series
63/65 in lieu of 66) licenses. If 66 is not yet held, a passing score for the missing series must be achieved within 60 days. - At least one year of experience in the investments industry, including investment training and in‑depth knowledge of investment products and services.
- At least one year of experience working in the financial services industry and/or a sales environment where goals were met or exceeded.
- Basic computer skills suitable for a demanding environment.
- Strong communication skills, comfortable engaging all clients.
- Ability to set and accomplish goals in a fast‑paced environment.
- Commitment to incorporating regulatory due diligence into daily activities and long‑term strategies.
- At least three years of experience in the financial services industry and/or a sales environment where goals were met or exceeded.
- Additional professional designations such as Certified Financial Planner (CFP) or Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor (CRPC).
- Insurance licenses.
- Account management, client advisory, and customer focus.
- Active listening, attention to detail, and written communication.
- Issue and pipeline management, causation analysis, and client management policies.
- Risk management.
Monday–Friday, open availability required; occasional Saturdays.
Minimum EducationHigh School Diploma, GED, or equivalent secondary education.
Shift & Hours1st Shift (United States); 40 hours per week.
PayAnnualized salary: $70,000.00 – $80,000.00, based on experience, education, and skill set. Includes a formulaic incentive plan.
