  • Leads:
    You’ll immediately get a pool of leads to call and serve in the local area in addition to helping clients already in your sphere or book of business.
  • Technology:
    Our CRM is no cost to you and helps you stay in touch with your whole pipeline and know when to reach out to hot and nurture leads.
  • Support:
    You’ll get training from the team leads as well as support from our trained admins and marketing assistant to handle all the details for showings, appointments, escrow paperwork and all the listing marketing from top to bottom.
Earn More Money

We will have immediate business for you to handle on day #1! Our agents earn competitive commissions with our tiered structure. On top of that, as an eXp Teams Member, your annual brokerage commission split is capped at only $8,000. That means, whether you sell $100,000 or $1,000,000 of gross commission, you will not pay eXp Realty more than $8,000 per year!

This alone will save you thousands compared to any other brokerage! When you reach the next tier in your gross commission income, your split gets bumped up so top producers are rewarded handsomely.

Everything you need, none of the hassle.

  • No marketing fees or agent fees:
    We pay all of the necessary costs of doing business including your CRM, social media ads, client events and gifts, business cards, and branded buyer/seller guides with leather portfolios. The only things you are responsible for are your licensing and MLS dues and eXp monthly and transaction fees.
  • Marketing investment:
    We spend >$100K to connect our agents with buyers and sellers on top of all the other ways we drive client demand to our agents.

Who We're Looking For

Our team is looking for an agent who is a leader and deeply committed to serving clients with integrity, expertise, and compassion with the utmost level of care.

  • Active and unrestricted real estate license
  • Minimum of 1 year sales experience, ideally with closed transactions; or related real estate experience
  • A trusted advisor with in-depth experience leading clients through the home buying and selling process.
  • A proven track record of winning clients over, closing deals and earning referral business.
  • Excellent interpersonal communication and customer service skills
  • Applies technology to build your business and collaborate efficiently
The compensation information below is provided in compliance with all applicable job posting disclosure requirements.

This is a commission-based role with unlimited upside. Buyer transactions are split 50/50, while listing transactions offer a 40/60 split. Commissions in this role are expected to range from $75,000 - $200,000.

Agent must complete these 7 key elements to receive full commission split:
  • Ask for a buyer/seller consultation.
  • Conduct buyer/seller consultation.
  • Obtain a signed buyer or listing agreement.
  • Advise the client more than 90% of the time.
  • Prepare the CMA/negotiate price & terms to client’s benefit.
