Develops and supports Membership by providing information on Membership benefits, promoting the value of Company products and services, processing Membership upgrades and credit accounts, participating in sales and marketing events, and making efforts to meet Membership goals.

• Maintains safety of facility by following all safety standards, procedures, and guidelines, including conducting safety sweeps, forklift spotting, handling hazardous materials, and complying with company steel standard guidelines; reports unsafe situations to Management.
• Fulfills Member Fax & Pull and Click & Pull orders by reviewing orders, pulling items from shelves, scanning, wrapping, palletizing, ensuring accuracy, securing items until Members arrive, and following up on out-of-stock merchandise to meet Member needs.
• Completes work assignments and priorities using policies, data, and resources; collaborates with managers, coworkers, customers, and business partners to identify priorities, deadlines, and expectations; carries out tasks, communicates progress, and recommends improvement opportunities.
• Provides Member service by acknowledging the Member, identifying their needs, assisting with purchasing decisions, locating merchandise, resolving issues and concerns, and promoting the company’s products and services.
• Complies with company policies, procedures, and ethics standards by implementing action plans; applies Open Door Policy.
• Demonstrates respect for individuals, works as a team, builds strong relationships, communicates with impact and positivity, helps develop and mentor others, and strengthens the team by recognizing contributions.

The hourly wage range for this position is $19.00 to $27.00. The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.

Additional compensation may include premiums ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour, based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed.
