Alpaca Health is hiring in-person RBTs to work with children with autism in homes, schools, and daycares. You will follow a BCBA plan, implement behavior strategies, and collect data to track progress.
You'll receive direct mentorship from a BCBA, rather than a corporate supervisor, and there is flexibility for full-time or part-time schedules. Some roles include support for RBT certification and career growth toward BCBA.
