Overview
We are seeking a Pediatric Home Health Nurse,
RN or LVN
, to provide one-on-one skilled nursing care to medically fragile children in the home setting in Glenn Heights, 75154
. Full-Time, Part-Time, and PRN opportunities available. May include care for patients with G-tube needs.
Patient's Requested
Schedule:
Day Shift (6a-6p): Monday, Tuesday, Friday
Night Shift (6p-6a): Thursday, every other Saturday
Compensation$22–$33/hr depending on license and experience (LVN/RN).
Major Responsibilities- Provide 1:1 skilled nursing care in accordance with physician orders
- Administer prescribed medications and treatments
- Monitor patient condition and report changes
- Collaborate with care team and family
- Complete accurate clinical documentation electronically
- Active Texas LVN or RN license
- Current CPR certification
- Valid Driver's License
- At least 1 year of work experience or 6 months pediatric home health as a licensed RN or LVN
