Full-Time Position Summary Quality Heating, Cooling, Plumbing & Electric is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Accounting Coordinator to support the daily financial operations of our growing company. This position plays a key role in maintaining accurate financial records, supporting internal departments, and ensuring accounting processes run efficiently across multiple service divisions.

The ideal candidate is dependable, proactive, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. This person will work closely with the Controller and leadership team to assist with accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll support, reconciliations, reporting, and administrative accounting functions while helping maintain operational excellence throughout the organization.

Key Responsibilities Accounting & Financial Support Assist with day-to-day accounting operations including accounts payable and accounts receivable

Process invoices, vendor payments, and customer account adjustments

Assist with bank reconciliations, credit card reconciliations, and financial record accuracy

Support monthly closing procedures and financial reporting processes

Maintain organized and accurate financial documentation and records

Payroll & Administrative Support Assist with payroll preparation, verification, and reporting

Support employee reimbursements, deductions, and payroll-related inquiries

Help maintain employee records and financial documentation

Assist with commission tracking and payroll reporting within Service Titan Customer  & Vendor Communication Communicate professionally with vendors, customers, and internal departments regarding billing and payment matters

Assist in resolving account discrepancies and payment issues

Support collection efforts and customer account follow-up when necessary

Reporting & Data Management Enter and maintain accurate financial data within accounting software and Service Titan Generate  reports and assist leadership with financial tracking and operational reporting

Support audits, compliance requests, and documentation gathering

Help identify opportunities for improved accounting workflows and efficiencies

Team Collaboration Work closely with the Controller and leadership team to support company financial goals

Assist with special projects, process improvements, and administrative tasks as assigned

Support multiple brands and departments within Home Promise Co. as needed

Qualifications2+ years of accounting, bookkeeping, payroll, or administrative financial experience preferred

Experience with Service Titan, Quick Books, or other accounting software preferred

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and integrity

Strong communication and problem-solving abilities

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and Microsoft Office Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Experience in the home service industry is a plus
