Customer Experience AR Supervisor

Location:

Tulsa, OK – West 7th St. – Management – Central BSC

• Guide and mentor a team of CX Representatives and Specialists, creating and evolving practices that enhance customer experience in a digital, customer‑centric environment.

• Develop and implement plans to achieve divisional accounts receivable goals, support and evaluate receivable performance, and report to Division management.

• Provide training and education on credit policies and procedures to CXRs and CXSs.

• Identify opportunities for improvement in billing, pricing, and other customer‑experience areas.

• Coordinate credit sign‑offs as appropriate and support account reviews for compliance.

• Implement division plans for optimizing cash collections and handling the accounts receivable portfolio.

• Resolve collection matters with customers, communicating critical issues to the CX Accounts Receivable Manager.

• Build close working relationships with Regional Company AVPs, DMs, Account Managers, and Branch Managers.

• Work closely with the division on master data, customer pricing, sales tax, and cylinder control.

• Support the customer experience organization through goal‑setting, evaluations, coaching, and constructive guidance in accordance with department and company policy.

• Identify staffing needs and manage performance, training, and scheduling of resources.

• Maintain a client‑service orientation, viewing collections as a supportive business function rather than adversarial.

• Communicate clearly and concisely, both in writing and verbally.

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Foundational understanding of Excel.
• Comfortable navigating Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Gmail, Meet, etc.).
• Proficiency with SAP and/or ERP systems.

• Commercial collections experience with a proven track record of success.
• Spanish language skills.
• General understanding of CX disciplines: cash apps, data integrity, account set‑up, credit, tax, cylinder assets, analytics, disputes, credit memos, pricing.
• Familiarity with hard‑goods products and branch/plant operations.
