Trueline's client, a growing commercial flooring contractor serving hospitality, gaming, convention, and large-scale commercial construction projects nationwide, is seeking a Project Manager to join their team. This role can be based in the Tulsa, OK area or remote/hybrid, for the right remote candidate, with some regular travel.
What You’ll Do as the Project Manager:- Manage commercial flooring projects from award through closeout
- Review plans, specifications, contracts, budgets, and project scope
- Coordinate project schedules, material releases, logistics, and installation sequencing
- Serve as the primary point of contact for installers, clients, vendors, and internal teams
- Track labor, material, and project costs to help deliver profitable projects
- Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, closeout documentation, and project reporting
- Coordinate freight, equipment, housing, and jobsite logistics for nationwide projects
- Conduct jobsite visits to monitor quality, progress, inventory, and project execution
- Maintain proactive communication with clients and field teams throughout each project
- Help resolve field issues quickly while keeping projects on schedule and within budget
- Partner closely with estimating, operations, purchasing, and installation teams to ensure successful project delivery
- 3-5+ years of construction project management experience
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
- Strong organizational, scheduling, and communication skills
- Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Comfortable coordinating projects with field crews, subcontractors, vendors, and clients
- Ability to work independently while remaining highly responsive and accountable
- Willingness to travel as projects require and remain available during active installations, including occasional evenings and weekends
- Commercial flooring or floor covering experience
- Hospitality, casino, hotel, or convention center construction experience
- Experience with Bluebeam, , or similar construction software
- Construction Management or related degree
- Base salary of $85,000-$95,000, depending on experience
- Performance-based bonus structure
