As a BPI Manager at Airgas, you will lead and coach continuous improvement initiatives, delivering C-IMP White Belt and Yellow Belt training and facilitating workshops to drive consistent and strategic continuous improvement throughout the project lifecycle.
Responsibilities- Coordinate and deliver C-IMP White Belt and Yellow Belt training while facilitating workshops to drive consistent and strategic continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to conduct root‑cause analysis, develop solutions for complex operational challenges, and support critical business transitions such as mergers and acquisitions.
- Analyze audit findings and performance metrics to identify systemic issues and improve the customer experience.
- Support the design and implementation of professional training materials and standard operating procedures to ensure operational excellence.
- Lead and coach White Belt and Yellow Belt candidates through certification, ensuring successful project execution and professional development.
- Deliver measurable cost savings and revenue generation by applying C-IMP methodologies to key business processes.
- Utilize data analysis and advanced risk‑management techniques to rigorously review, evaluate, and optimize operational processes.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to a team of analysts and trainers to foster a high‑performing and collaborative work environment.
- Assist with critical business transitions, including managing data conversions, corporate acquisitions, and other large‑scale organizational projects.
- Master's degree in Management, Environmental Sciences, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- 7+ years of experience leading improvement projects.
- C-IMP Green Belt certification.
- Project Management experience.
- Change Management experience.
- 10+ years of people leadership.
