Position Overview We’re hiring a Sales Associate to join our retail team. This position is all about helping customers feel confident, providing personalized service, and keeping the store looking fresh and inviting. The ideal candidate brings energy, style, and a customer-first mindset to every shift.

What You’ll DoGreet and assist customers, creating a fun and welcoming shopping experience

Recommend outfits and pieces based on individual style and fit preferences

Process purchases, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently

Keep the sales floor clean, organized, and merchandised to brand standards

Unpack, tag, and restock new inventory

Stay up-to-date on new arrivals and promotions to drive sales

Assist with in-store events, try-on sessions, and customer engagement efforts

Collaborate with team members to meet daily sales and service goals

Represent the Modern Reign brand in appearance, attitude, and professionalism

What We’re Looking For Retail or customer service experience preferred

Passion for fashion, styling, and working with people

Friendly, confident communicator who makes others feel at ease Reliable, punctual, and able to work weekends or peak shopping hours

Quick learner with strong attention to detail

Able to work on your feet and lift up to 30 lbs as needed

Social media savvy or interest in content creation is a plus
