In this role, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining residential plumbing systems while delivering exceptional customer service. This position is ideal for a skilled plumber who enjoys problem-solving and creating solutions that improve the comfort and safety of homeowners.
What You’ll Do Diagnose and repair a variety of residential plumbing issues, including leaks, clogged drains, and faulty water heaters
Install, repair, and maintain water heaters, fixtures, piping, water filtration systems, and other plumbing components
Perform thorough system inspections and provide recommendations for repairs or upgrades
Explain findings, solutions, and estimates to customers in a clear and professional manner
Ensure all work complies with local plumbing codes and safety regulations
Maintain an organized and fully stocked service vehicle
Keep detailed records of service calls, including parts used and work performed
Provide excellent customer service and build lasting relationships with homeowners
Train and mentor apprentices as needed
What We’re Looking For Licensed Journeyman or Apprentice Plumber (state-certified or working toward licensure)
Experience diagnosing and repairing residential plumbing systems
Strong troubleshooting skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Must have a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and work in various conditions (attics, crawl spaces, etc.)What We Offer Competitive pay with performance-based incentives
