We are seeking a Delivery Driver to transport and deliver Sleep Number® beds to customers, working in a team environment and representing our brand with quality service.

• Deliver and install Sleep Number® mattresses in climate‑controlled trucks.
• Work with a partner to load, unload, and set up bedding equipment.
• Provide excellent customer experience by explaining product features and benefits.
• Maintain accurate delivery logs and report any issues.
• Represent Sleep Number® brand and deliver proven quality sleep.

• Minimum age of 21 years with a valid driver’s license.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 200lbs with help of a partner.
• Prior customer‑facing or sales experience.
• Maintain identification that allows access to military bases (RealID, Enhanced , Passport Card, DoD , or equivalent).

• Base rate starting at $20.75 per hour.
• Monthly incentive program up to $400 per month.
