Focusing predominantly on the material handling sector, they are looking to bring on a new Trainee Battery Engineer to cover West London and surrounding. Responsibilities

Servicing the company’s client base across Fife/Perth and Scotland
Repairing and maintaining the company’s broad range of batteries used within the Material Handling industry
Carrying out regular battery watering across customer sites
Developing and understanding of the company’s products overtime and becoming a fully fledged engineer
Reporting back to the Service Manager with regular updates
Representing the company in the right way on customer sites and always maintaining customer service Requirements

The company are ideally looking for a candidate with a basic mechanical/electrical understanding who is looking to get into a career with long-term career prospects. They would potentially be interested in candidates without any formal qualifications, provided they can show a good attitude and are ready to learn a new skill. It is vital for the requirements of this position that you hold a full, clean driver’s license and are based in commutable distance of Fife or Perth.
