Our client, a financial services organization, is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Clerical Support Specialist to join their team. As a Clerical Support Specialist, you will be an essential part of the Loan Services department supporting the team with administrative functions. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational skills, effective communication, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully within the organization.

* ** Shift:
** 8am - 6pm (flexible hours), Monday through Friday

** What's the Job?*
* + Perform a variety of clerical functions in the Loan Services area including filing, updating systems, and assembling documents.

+ Provide accurate and timely information to internal and external customers regarding loan processing and documentation.

+ Ensure loan files contain complete, accurate documents with proper signatures, dates, and relevant data according to company policies and regulations.

+ Maintain and organize new and paid loan files, ensuring compliance with government requirements.

+ Use office computers for data entry, report generation, and other administrative activities, supporting the overall efficiency of the department.

** What's Needed?*
* + High School Diploma or equivalent required.

+ At least 1 year of experience in an office environment preferred.

+ Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.

+ Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with colleagues and customers.

+ Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and work effectively within a team environment with attention to detail.
