Business Analyst
Our well-established client is currently seeking a Business Analyst to join their growing team near Glens Falls, NY.
Responsibilities of the Business Analyst will include:
- Work with the applicable business unit to identify, recommend and implement areas of improvement for automated workflow and procedures
- Report project and status updates to management
- Work with vendors on performance issues, support tickets, enhancements and upcoming releases
- Review and analyze existing technology to determine needs and make suggestions where needed
- Identify training opportunities within business units to ensure proficient use of systems
- Evaluate and ensure systems utilization is as designed
- Other duties as assigned
