Job Title
Essential Responsibilities
- Supervise students during lunch and outdoor recess.
- Monitor student behavior and reinforce school rules and expectations.
- Ensure student safety at all times.
- Assist with student arrival to and dismissal from the cafeteria and playground.
- Encourage positive social interactions and appropriate conflict resolution.
- Report injuries, accidents, or behavioral concerns promptly to the school nurse or administration.
- Assist with emergency procedures as directed.
- Maintain active supervision by circulating throughout assigned areas.
- Communicate respectfully with students, staff, and families.
- Perform other duties related to student supervision as assigned by the principal.
